“I used to check my email all the time and had it on all my devices.

“I thought I was being highly productive, but in fact it was just distracting me from completing tasks.

With this new system (based on Tiago Forte and Ali Abdaal’s systems) I only check my email once a day for 15 mins (and never on the weekend).

“Now I feel more productive and I feel free.”
