Alex Wallace

Alex Wallace is a Paediatrician at Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand and Senior Lecturer in Paediatrics with the University of Auckland. She did a PhD 15 years ago as it was easier than working clinically when her kids were tiny, and currently her research passions are good old-fashioned bronchiolitis and preschool asthma. Outside work Alex has 2 kids and 2 kittens who she adores in equal measure. She has no shame in admitting that she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, which she uses as inspiration for writing terrible crime fiction.
