Bubble Up: How I only spend 15 minutes a day checking my email

Here’s Tessa Davis with some fantastic tips for managing the dreaded inbox in this week’s Bubble Up video on YouTube.

“I used to check my email all the time and had it on all my devices.

I thought I was being highly productive, but in fact it was just distracting me from completing tasks.

With this new system (based on Tiago Forte and Ali Abdaal’s systems) I only check my email once a day for 15 mins (and never on the weekend).

“Now I feel more productive and I feel free.”
