  1. This is the absolute best advice I’ve found. Sliding a pair of sterilised sharp tweezers to separate the layers like this was totally painless and I was rewarded with an enormous amount of puss and incredible pain relief. Superb video.

  3. Can still recall the pain of a paronychia! I won’t even tell you what I did to relieve the pressure in my finger but it involved a very hot needle and a lot of desperation :/ thanks for the video and tips 🙂
