This month’s Podcast of the Month is from the Archimedes Podcast (Archives of Disease in Childhood).

In a 12 minute podcast Bob Phillips (Senior Clinical Academic, University of York and Honorary Consultant, Leeds Children’s Hospital) discusses rationality of decision making.

He then presents two unrelated but interesting literature reviews:

  • Topical vs systemic antibiotics for discharging ears with grommets in situ
  • Vitamin D status in children with growing pains

Does giving vitamin D to kids with growing pains make a difference?

If you only listen to one podcast this month (other than ours) , make it this one.

Listen to the podcast.
