Meredith Borland trained in Melbourne but moved to the warmer climes in Perth in 2004. She now works as a paediatric emergency physician and is the Director of Emergency Medicine in the newly opened Perth Children’s Hospital.
She was a founding member of the PREDICT executive and is the current chair of the PREDICT network . She is an active researcher with particular interest in intranasal fentanyl for acute pain and more recently active studies in acute respiratory conditions, head injuries and abdominal pain in the ED setting.
She loves doing research that matters for everyday clinicians.
