Natalie May

Consultant in EM with subspecialty Paediatric EM, Retrieval doctor & St Emlyn's author

Natalie May is a consultant in EM and paediatric emergency medicine. She is currently working as a retrieval registrar with the Sydney HEMS service. Her interests include medical education and particularly the development of non-clinical skills in doctors; she continues to provide training workshops on leadership topics for the International Federation of Medical Student Organisations (IFMSA) and has translated many of these sessions into posts at the St Emlyn’s blog where she is a regular contributor.
In addition she is the creator of the PEMLit project, bringing key practice points from relevant articles in PEM into the FOAM arena, and co-founder of the completely non-academic FOAMaoke movement, dedicated to ensuring karaoke-based catharsis is available to the FOAMed-out masses.
